Payment procedure
If you want to participate in the conference, there are four steps that you need to follow to make a payment in the ICST 2023.
There are different fees that need to be paid to take part in this conference. Participants from Indonesia should pay the domestic participant fee.

Payments cannot be made in cash; they must be via credit card or bank transfer to the ICST UGM account below:
Payment via credit card (USD)
For international presenter who submit their manuscript to the EDAS system. We do not recommend the local presenter to pay the conference fee via credit card because the EDAS payment currency is USD.
Payment via bank account (USD)
The payment account will be shown on the day after the last notification of acceptance.

Before confirming your payment in the confirmation form, you need to prepare these following items:
- Wait for the next 2–3 business days for us to verify your payment. Please make sure not to miss the date.
- The deadline for the payment confirmation is on October 19, but you will get an early-bird discount if you pay before October 12.
- If you did not pay via credit card in the EDAS, you do not need to click the register icon in the EDAS. The committee will register it for you after reviewing your payment.

Terms and conditions
- The registration fee covers seminar materials, lunch, morning and afternoon teas, attendance of all technical sessions, and publication (excluding accommodation).
- * The publication fee is only applicable for Life Science, Materials, and Applied Chemistry symposium.
- The registration fee covers one person only. Multiple attending authors must register separately, and those not presenting should register as non-presenters.
- After verifying your payment, a receipt will be generated from the payment confirmation details.
- Payments are nonrefundable.
- Payments cannot be made in cash; they must be made via e-billing or credit card.
- Participants are responsible for transfer fees and bank charges.
- At least one author for each accepted paper must register as a presenter.
- Participants are charged based on their institution/affiliation, not the nationality of the first author.
- Submitting an extra paper applies only to the same presenter.
- Participants can only pay the conference fees after receiving an acceptance notification email.
- The early bird discount will be expired on October 12, 23:59 am (GMT+7).
